Today I managed to complete these lovely tulips.  This was a relatively fast project compared to some I’ve done but it was nonetheless very detailed and picky.  Balancing the layers of white and cream first to areas of highlights and then layering colour and then more white or cream to achieve that velvety soft look so common in flowers.  Because the Artagain paper has a very limited tooth, we still get a sort of textured effect of the black coming through which I love when working with black backgrounds.  Well, it’s on to the next project!!
